Metzger
Chief Operating Officer
Elliot Metzger is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Whiptail Holdins II, DBA Whiptail Midstream, where he oversees the operation, development, and growth of the company’s natural gas midstream assets. He has more than 13 years of experience in the energy industry, with a background spanning engineering, business development, operations, and financing of natural gas midstream businesses.
Prior to joining Whiptail Midstream, Mr. Metzger spent two years independently advising clients pursuing energy infrastructure investments. Mr. Metzger also spent 10 years at Williams focused on the gathering, processing, and transmission of natural gas. He holds an MBA from the Jones School at Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
