Bob O'Neal is the President of Whiptail Midstream and also leads the commercial and business development efforts for the company. He is involved in all aspects of the company and coordinates all day to day commercial activities for the business. He also conducts business development both within and outside the existing asset footprint. Bob has been a part of Whiptail Midstream since its founding in March of 2016.

Bob has nearly 15 years of midstream experience in commercial development, business development, and operations. He previously served as VP of Commercial and Business at Whiptail. Prior to joining Whiptail, he served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Rimrock Energy Partners. He was with Williams Companies for a majority of his career where he most recently served as the Business Development Lead for the Permian Basin. He previously held commercial roles in Williams’ San Juan Basin and offshore Gulf of Mexico gathering and processing businesses as well as an operations and project management role at the Mobile Bay Gas Processing Plant.,

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University. He currently is the board chair for Arts Alliance Tulsa.
